The Challenge
We wanted a wall-hung toilet to make cleaning the bathroom easier. The problem was that a wall-hung toilet requires a space behind it of at least 120 cm. The solution was to slightly reduce the height of the window to save space. The bathroom also had a very low false ceiling, which we removed.

Choice of material
For the bathroom floor and walls, I used the same tiles as those used in the hallway bathroom to create a sense of design consistency throughout the house. For the hand basin, I chose a sea green color, which is also found in the cement tiles in our hallway. The walls and ceiling were painted in a matching green. The pendant light features a simple, Japanese design with vertical lines that accentuate the height of the bathroom. The large mirror creates a sense of depth in an otherwise narrow space.
